The Guyana Telephone and Telegraph (GTT) yesterday said that close to 14,000 customers have opted to receive their monthly bills via WhatsApp billing since its initial launch in June 2021.
In a press release yesterday, GTT said that customers can access their DSL, Blaze, landline and mobile postpaid bills immediately after they are available on their mobile phones via the WhatsApp medium.
GTT’s Chief Executive Officer, Damian Blackburn was reported as saying that he is thrilled to see the response the company has received from customers since its launch.
