Bids were on Tuesday opened at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board for the restoration of City Hall. Three companies presented bids for the project which falls under the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development as the procuring entity. The restoration is expected to cost over $630 million according to the engineer’s estimate.
