Dear Editor,
The impasse playing out at City Hall where the appointed interim Town Clerk is not accepted or recognized, but reverted to her substantive position is recognised as Town Clerk, is reminiscent of similar situation of two Town Clerks of a former city administration some time ago. What a situation! Two Town Clerks and city administration in limbo.
