The Gift Centre celebrates 30 years

In the coming week, the Gift Centre will celebrate its 30th anniversary and to mark the occasion the store has donated fitness equipment to the Ministry of Health, the Ptolemy Reid Rehabilitation Centre (PRRC) and the Salvation Army.

The Gift Centre, which was founded on August 26, 1991, will celebrate the anniversary on August 26, said in a press release that the donation is part of its initiative “to help get people up and moving again,” as it noted that physical activity is an area which has been overlooked during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The business is sole distributor of YORK Fitness equipment in Guyana.
