Bids were on August 17 opened at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) for the construction of core houses at the Sophia housing area. Six companies presented bids for the project which is set to be done in five lots. The engineer’s estimate states that each lot for the project will cost just over $17.7 million.
