GTT committed to data expiration launch before Sept end

Dear Editor,

I write in response to a letter published in your newspaper on September 2, 2021 under the caption “GTT’s CEO promise of change did not materialise” by M. Abraham. Due to some technical challenges, we were unable to extend the one hour for data expiration to 24 hours by August 16 as promised. I would like to sincerely apologise to the customer and all GTT prepaid subscribers for the delay. However, we remain committed to launching the additional timeframe before the end of September. We would like to remind our customers that our commitment lies in meeting our Together We Rise promises to reliably connect our customers, strengthen our community, and innovate for all in our country.
