Reference is made to the letter, “My NIS records contain defects but each visit is made worse by disrespectful staff” which was published in the Saturday, September 4, 2021 Stabroek newspapers. Please be advised that Management has noted with concerns, the contents of this letter and an investigation was launched into the matter. Mr. Dennis Clarke is kindly asked to visit the Public Relations Unit, Brickdam and Winterplace Georgetown.
