A woman who is charged with unlawful wounding told a City Court that the man she allegedly wounded, hit her first.
Shari Alphonso, 38, a vendor of East Ruimveldt, Georgetown, was brought before Magistrate Annette Singh at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court yesterday when she denied an unlawful wounding charge. She denied that on September 19 at East Ruimveldt, Georgetown, she unlawfully and maliciously wounded Anthony Roach.
