An 18-year-old youth has been arrested after he was discovered with a gun and matching ammunition in a bag he was carrying.
A police release stated that on Saturday, a party of policemen on foot patrol at Puruni Landing, Region 7 observed the suspect acting in a suspicious manner resulting him being approached by ranks and a search being conducted on a shoulder bag he was carrying around his neck.
