Twenty-five-year-old Mohammed Imran Khan, who has alleged that he was abducted and beaten, was remanded to prison on Friday on a charge of raping a child.
Khan, also known as ‘Panko,’ of Lot 43 Walton Hall, appeared before Magistrate Crystal Lambert at the Suddie Magistrate’s Court, where the charge was read to him.
The charge states that on Sunday, August 29, he sexually penetrated a child under the age of 13.
Khan was not required to plead to the charge and was remanded to prison until October 13, 2021.
