A year after being closed to the public, Grand Coastal Hotel at Le Ressouvenir, East Coast Demerara, has announced that it will be reopening to accommodate guests and visitors.
The hotel, which closed last year to provide accommodation for oil and gas workers who had to be under quarantine, will be reopening from October 28.
In a statement announcing its reopening, the company also announced its hiring of Executive Chef Mau Marchan, a native of Ecuador with culinary expertise honed throughout South America. She will be heading the hotel’s Food & Beverage team.
