Dear Editor,
It must be seen as an affront to the hard working and professional female employees at the national water company, (SN Oct 2), and indeed the female gender in general, the roll out of the all-male hierarchy team. Not one female in the team. Unbelievable! This should never have been allowed to happen. What was the thinking in making such a composition? Would it easily be accepted that no female inside or outside the company was worthy of the elevation ‘Executive Director’? I don’t think so. An urgent review to righting an egregious wrong is warranted. Gone are the days of male dominance or the dominant male, particularly in the work place.
