Linden’s Bauxite Flyers Cycling Club recently received sponsorship from the Guyana Breweries Incorporated, under their Ginseng brand.
Guyana Breweries Inc., now joins the Guyana Lottery Company as supporters of the club.
According to a press release, the company stated that it was extremely happy to partner with the Linden Bauxite Flyers Cycling Club.
“During the next 12 months, we will advance our partnership with the club to improve the support to the athletes, and the immediate community of Linden,” the company added.
Assistant Secretary/Treasurer of the club, Jeffrey Yearwood, thanked Guyana Breweries Inc., for taking the step to being its brand partner for the 2022/23 seasons.
“We believe that branding their ‘Ginseng Up’ beverage would give a good boost to the awareness of this product in Linden as well as the cycling fraternity, and its contribution towards sports and youth Development. Our cyclists are grateful for this initiative and intend to do their best,” Yearwood said.
He added that he hopes the two entities will partner on other projects to continue the development of cycling in Linden.
