The PNCR Canada central Toronto Chapter hereby wholeheartedly endorses Joseph Harmon for the position as leader of the PNCR party. Mr. Harmon possesses the intelligence, political openness to foster unity among political parties and citizens of all backgrounds. Harmon understands the complexity and challenges of the fast moving global economy and knows how to position Guyana internationally in order for its people to prosper. Harmon’s history in the Guyana military and as a lawyer has helped to develop his personal discipline, work ethics and respect for law and order. Perhaps among his best qualities, is his love and respect for his fellow Guyanese of all races, religions and creed. The PNCR Canada is confident that with Harmon as leader of the PNCR and as future president of Guyana, he will bring the country and its people together in the prosperity as a true unifier.
