Two men were on Wednesday charged with wounding each other and they were each released on $20,000 bail.
Wenrick Wilson, a shop owner, and Kareem Christopher, a vendor, both appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts where they were separately read charges by Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan. Wilson pleaded not guilty to the charge which alleges that on October 13, at Hunter Street, La Penitence, Georgetown, he unlawfully and maliciously wounded Christopher with intent to maim or disfigure or to cause actual bodily harm. It is alleged that on the same date and at the same location, Christopher unlawfully and maliciously wounded Wilson. Christopher also denied the charge.
