Dear Editor,
Talk! Talk! Talk! And all talk. The call for contractors involved in construction projects to up their game has been ongoing for too long. The time for talk is over. Errant contractors found in breach of contract and other infractions should be sanctioned and penalised in keeping with contract terms and conditions. The time is now to walk the talk.
