A vendor was yesterday remanded after being charged with having over $5 million in cannabis in his home.
Joseph October, 51, was brought before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts.
October, who was represented by attorney-at-law Damien DaSilva, pleaded not guilty to the charge that on December 14, at West Ruimveldt, Georgetown, he had 6.078 kilogrammes of cannabis in his possession for the purpose of trafficking.
