Dear Editor,
The hedging and sidestepping by the authorities in their attempt at an explanation, on the recent fiasco involving breaches of Covid protocols and guidelines in the just concluded Futsal Finals, warrant serious sanctions, not only just the collaborative organisation, but those in the echelon of control, who were in attendance and should have taken determined and firm action at the time and shut down the event. Their contradictory standard was on full display in this instance. What is wrong simply cannot be right and no spin can make it so.
