Dear Editor,
It is just ‘pure damn nonsense’ (borrowing that phrase again), going on almost four years, affected passengers of the airline that went into bankruptcy, are still to receive their refunds for tickets purchased (SN Letter Column Jan 30). This matter needs justice and must be resolved by the responsible authorities, now.
What about salaries and benefits of the affected employees, are they too suffering this dilemma?
