Darrell La Fargue, the former Queensway Security Service worker who is accused of stealing millions from the company, was yesterday freed of the charges laid against him after a settlement was reached.
La Fargue, of North Sophia, Greater Georgetown, appeared before Principal Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus, who dismissed the numerous charges that were being heard by both her and Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan.
The charges were dismissed following an agreement between La Fargue, his father and Queensway Security Service, to have the bail amounts be given to the company once the charges were dismissed.
