Prime Minister Mark Phillips yesterday welcomed the Prime Minister of Barbados, Mia Amor Mottley to Guyana. The Barbadian Prime Minister arrived with a delegation of 14 persons to participate in this week’s International Energy Conference and Expo: Guyana. She was received at the Eugene F. Correia International Airport, Ogle, with a Guard of Honour from the Guyana Defence Force.
