Dear Editor,
Every day it is argued that laws are being followed and all transactions are open, above board, transparent and accountability, the hallmarks of good governance. Yet every day some perceived scandal and ignominy with the attendant public ridicule and disparagement, aimed at labelling the government as disreputable, is headline news.
Its P R machinery seems to be in shambles as accusations come fast and furious.
