Dear Editor,
A brief letter in today’s Stabroek News by Elijah Bijay caught my attention. Indeed, like the writer, I also couldn’t help noticing the two different times depicted on the Stabroek Clock, and I wonder with all the talk about our development trajectory, first world infrastructure etc. and yet we can’t fix the iconic Stabroek Clock.
