Complaint against GTT

Dear Editor,

We write in response to M Abraham’s letter to Stabroek News published on March 7, 2022. We offer our sincere apologies to this customer and hope to go a bit further by fully addressing their issue. In order to do this, we ask the customer to kindly send their information to email jharris@gtt.co.gy as the letter does not provide enough detail for us to resolve.
