A woman and her daughter were yesterday charged with unlawfully and maliciously wounding a relative during a scuffle at their home.
Melanie Stewart, 47, and Steffany Dick, 26, both vendors of East La Penitence, George-town, appeared before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court, where they were both charged and released on $70,000 bail.
It is alleged that on January 9, at East La Penitence, George-town, the pair unlawfully and maliciously wounded Nalisa McKenzie with intent to maim, disfigure, disable, or cause grievous bodily harm.
