The Ministry of Health has recorded six new COVID-19 cases from 1,002 more tests that were done.
The new cases were confirmed yesterday via the ministry’s updated COVID-19 dashboard.
In addition, the updated dashboard showed that there are 5 persons in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 14 persons in institutional isolation and 138 in home isolation.
The total number of COVID-19 deaths in Guyana remained at 1,226.
