The Ministry of Health on Friday reported six new COVID-19 cases from 812 tests that were done.
The new cases were confirmed via the ministry’s updated COVID-19 dashboard, which also showed that there were four persons in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 11 in institutional isolation and 128 persons in home isolation.
The total number of COVID-19 deaths in Guyana remained at 1,226.
