The contest started poorly for Wiltshire who lost the opening salvo 10-12.

It went from bad to worse for Wiltshire as he stumbled to a 0-2 deficit after losing the second set 12-14.

However, the eventual comeback was initiated in the third set where Wiltshire edged his opponent 12-10.

Parity was then restored to proceedings at 2-2 when Wiltshire prevailed 11-9 in the fourth set.

The come-from-behind victory was sealed in the deciding fifth set which Wiltshire won 11-3.

Meanwhile, Alex Arjoon defeated Daniel Ince 3-1 in the third place playoff. Arjoon romped to the early lead after securing the first set 11-6. A 2-0 advantage was then realized after he clinched the second set 11-9.

However, Ince reduced the deficit by winning the hard-fought third set 15-13. Nonetheless, any effort of an Ince comeback was smothered after Arjoon walked away with the fourth set 11-5.
