Minister of Human Services and Social Security, Dr. Vindhya Persaud (right) met recently at her ministry with actress and child advocate Victoria Rowell.
A release from the ministry said that the discussion focused on the Ministry’s work with women and children as well as providing insight to the creative work Rowell is doing to highlight social issues.
In 1990, the release said that Rowell founded the “Rowell Foster Children Positive Plan,” which gives emotional support and financial aid to foster children, especially to those who aspire to become actors and dancers.
