Guyanese doctors for Chinese specialist programme

Twenty-four Guyanese doctors will soon be embarking on a six-month Chinese Medical Brigade specialist programme.

The opening ceremony for the programme was held yesterday at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC) Resource Centre, and attendees included several Guyanese doctors and a delegation from the Chinese Medical Brigade.

Guyanese doctors, especially those from the hinterland regions will also be benefitting from this programme which will be taught both offline and online in Jiangsu, China.
