After two years of reduced kite flying due to the pandemic measures, kite vendors are now all smiles as they say that business is booming this Easter season.
Stabroek News yesterday took a walk on Camp Street where there were a few vendors selling kites and close to being sold out.
One of the kite vendors, Maurice Prince, who has been in the business for thirty-five years, told this newspaper that he was extremely happy and thankful for his customers’ support. He also acknowledged the various ministries who bought kites from him for their Easter charities and donation drives.
