The Ministry of Tourism is seeking expressions of interest for bed and breakfast packages for the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) matches scheduled for September 16 to October 2 this year.
An ad in yesterday’s Sunday Stabroek said that the ministry is seeking to encourage existing as well as potentially new bed and breakfast providers throughout the country to express interest in developing homestay packages for the CPL matches.
Interested providers will benefit from a number of free services provided by the Guyana Tourism Authority. These include property inspections, training sessions on the national bed and breakfast standards as well as how to access the Airbnb platform. Official seals of approval and marketing and awareness initiatives will also be provided.
Interested persons can contact Tamika Inglis at 219-0055.
