The Linden Masters Football Association will stage a four team knockout competition as part of the 52nd Linden Town Week activities.
This was disclosed by tournament organiser Marlon Washington, a former national table tennis player.
The tournament commences April 26th with the third place playoff while the final is penciled for May 2nd.
All the matches will be held at the Mackenzie Sports Club (MSC) ground.
According to Washington, the participating teams will be confirmed shortly.
“Several past national players will participate in the event which is expected to ignite the town week celebrations,” he said. He also disclosed that Ansa McAl has signaled their intention of becoming a sponsor of the tournament.
