Guyana’s rugby team’s mission this weekend could not clearer.

The national ruggers will compete at the Rugby America’s North (RAN) Sevens Championship in Nassau, The Bahamas with hopes of capturing their eighth title and qualifying for world class tournaments later in 2022.

The event is a qualifier for the 2022 Rugby Sevens World Cup in Cape Town, South Africa in September while members of the British Commonwealth will also be playing for places at the 2022 Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham, England in July.
