Supa Stylistics, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, presents the 29th edition of the Mother and Daughter Pageant on May 7, at the National Cultural Centre, after a two-year hiatus.
This year’s show will have four segments, one of which is ‘The pre-show – Team Mohamed’s Red Carpet’. This begins at 6 pm and runs until 8 pm, allowing attendees to bask in the spotlight; the pageant begins at 8 pm.
The other three segments will take place on stage with the Junior Category featuring six pairs of contestants sponsored by GTT, the Middle Category featuring six pairs of contestants sponsored by Star Rentals and the Senior Category with eight pairs of contestants sponsored by Chung’s Global Inc.
Sulan Fung, one of the coordinators of the show, enthused that booths secured by various companies will be present at the event and patrons will have the opportunity to learn more about their products and services. Moreover, each company will give away 29 gifts in light of Supa Stylistics’ 29th production. Twenty-nine winners will be selected from each section.
Heatwave Band will provide entertainment leading to the Senior Category and special features are promised.
Patrons arriving early for the pre-show will receive complimentary drinks and food.
