In an effort to enhance the female component of cricket in the capital, the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) will host its first-ever female youth camp this month.
According to the GCA, “This camp, which is for females between the ages of 12 to 18-years-old, will focus on identifying and developing the talent of females who have the desire to learn and the passion to play representative cricket at the highest level.”
The camp is open to females who are attending school or residing in the geographical boundaries of Georgetown or are registered with clubs affiliated to the association.
