The Central Housing and Planning Authority on Friday shared photos of the progress on phase two of the Mandela to Great Diamond Four-Lane Highway. Phase two will connect with phase one that ends at Eccles. Phase one was recently commissioned by President Irfaan Ali who said the vision is to reduce the traffic congestion on the East Bank of Demerara and improve connectivity to existing and future communities.
