(Trinidad Guardian) A man who has been described as a gang leader, was shot and killed in St James yesterday.
Police said around 2.38 am yesterday, Darnell Singh was standing with a group of men along Bombay Street, St James, when a man approached them and fired several shots.
Singh died on the scene, where nine 9mm shell casings were later retrieved by Crime Scene Investigators.
Singh was well known by the police.
