A man was yesterday charged with using threatening language towards his neighbour.
Devon Dunga, 57, of East Ruimveldt, George-town, appeared before Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus to answer to the charge which states that on May 8, 2022, at East Ruimveldt, he used threatening language towards Collin Nelson.
The court heard that on the day in question, the man went to Nelson’s house to apologise.
Nelson however did not accept the apology prompting Dunga to state that he would burn his house down and “beat him up.”
Dunga was granted $10,000 bail and the matter was adjourned until May 20th.
