Dynamic FC and Melanie recorded contrasting victories when the East Demerara Football Association (EDFA) Stag Beer Senior League started yesterday at the Buxton Community Centre ground.
Dynamic crushed Haslington All-Stars 7-0. Carlos Kingston bagged a brace in the 38th, and 48th minute, while Adam Gonsalves tallied a double in the 61st, and 64th minute. Adding goals in the eighth, 17th, and 32nd minute respectively were Anthony Abrams, Bryan Wharton and Travis Williams.
In the other matchup, Melanie edged Mahaica Determinators 3-2. Seon Heywood registered a second half hat-trick in the 57th, 76th and 85th minute. On target in the loss were Azuma Roberts, and Eon Abel in the 55th, and 90th+2 minute respectively.
