Dear Editor,
I paid $9,775 with reference to GPL Bill Ref # 05223120242426 with transaction ID 176538961 on May 08 for bill due on May 12. GPL disconnected my service on May 28.
Am I guilty of any infringement to invite this action from GPL?
GPL can contact my representative via Tel No 267-2537 for advice since I am currently not in the country.
