Dear Editor,
With reference to my letter published in SN on May 30 stating that GPL disconnected my service, I wish to state that there was no disconnection and the problem was otherwise. GPL responded swiftly and power was restored for which I am grateful.
Your comment section on this matter, I think, basically needs to be addressed in relation to those who treat serious matters as a joke.
Power outage is not a joke.
