Are members of the Guyana Police Force above the law in our beloved country?
A young child lost her life by the reckless and careless driving of a member of the Guyana Police Force whose members are supposed to be highly trained in all manners of professionalism on conducting their daily duties.
The name of said member was not given to the media or hasn’t faced any court system to date but our citizens who are caught with small illegal substances in the morning hours are processed and face the courts the same day in the afternoon and published on all media platforms, and yet someone culpable in the death of a child is yet to be charged.
