Two men were last week arrested after being found with 236 grams of cannabis.
Sherwin Johnson, 39, of Bagotstown, East Bank Demerara and Dexter Johnson, 43, of Diamond Housing Scheme were arrested on June 16th, according to a statement by the Customs Anti-Narcotic Unit (CANU).
CANU officers conducted an operation at Fishery Road, Bagotstown where they found a plastic bag containing several small ziplock bags of cannabis behind two makeshift shops.
An investigation into the matter is ongoing.
