Shane Clarke and Brian Clarke yesterday appeared before Magistrate Leron Daly in the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court where they both pleaded not guilty to the charges of assault and use of threatening language.
The charges against Brian Clarke stated that on June 11th, 2022, at St. Stephen’s Street, Charlestown, Georgetown, he unlawfully assaulted Natoya Osborne, so as to cause her actual bodily harm. The other charge states that on the said date and address, he unlawfully assaulted Shane Clarke so as to cause him actual bodily harm. He was granted $20,000 bail on each charge. Meanwhile, Shane Clarke, on June 13th, 2022 at St. Stephen’s Street, Charlestown, Georgetown, allegedly used threatening language towards Brian Clarke. He was placed on $10,000 bail and the three matters were adjourned until July 20th, 2022.
