The body of a Canje woman was this morning discovered along the Corentyne Highway in Number 1 Village.
The woman has since been identified as Donalisa Parks, 29. Her body was found wrapped in a bag.
According to relatives at the scene, the woman a hairdresser, left home for a work appointment last evening. After she did not return relatives ventured to her boyfriend’s house located in Number 1 Village, Corentyne, where the body was eventually found nearby.
