Out-of-Town All-Stars teams swept the senior, boys U16 and girls divisions when the ExxonMobil National School Basketball Festival (NSBF) All-Stars Series concluded Friday evening at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall, Homestretch Avenue.
In the senior division, Out-of-Town edged GT/Demerara 58-53. Travis Lewis led the way with 28 points while for GT/Demerara, Kervin Mars scored 11 points and had four rebounds. Shannon Wilson supported with nine points, and 17 rebounds.
In the boys U16 fixture, Out-of-Town All-Stars downed GT/Demerara All-Stars 64-43. Hayden Sampson, who was adjudged the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the match, tallied 14 points while Tieshon Kitt contributed 12 points and had seven rebounds.
Dejaun Grant recorded 19 points and had nine rebounds for GT/Demerara All Stars. In the girls division, Out-of-Town All-Stars defeated GT/Demerara All-Stars 37-17. The eventual Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the fixture, Natalya Clarke, fashioned a double-double of 16 points and 14 rebounds for the victors while Shania Sears supported with 13 points and five rebounds.
For GT/Demeara All-Stars, Kassidy Woolford netted 12 points.
