Dear Editor,
Serious protests in neighbouring Suriname over a number of grievances, (didn’t know this was happening) with a failed attempt to enter the grounds of the Office of the President. Sounds familiar….recent Sri Lanka protests in action, only difference – protesters there did gain entry to the presidential grounds and residence.
People’s power…don’t underestimate it.
