Commissioner of the Guyana Police Force (GPF) Clifton Hicken (Ag) officially commissioned the enhanced Back Circle Recreational Square on Sunday.
The project was made possible following assistance from several corporate partners. In attendance at the opening ceremony which featured cultural displays, were Minister of Home Affairs Robeson Benn and Minister of Public Works Juan Edghill.
To commemorate the event, an exhibition football fixture was staged between the home side and the Guyana Police Force. The hosts emerged victorious.
