Seven firms are bidding to undertake works to enhance the avenues of Carmichael and Waterloo streets in Georgetown.
Tenders for the project, which would be executed under the Ministry of Public Works, were opened on Thursday at the National Procurement and Tender Administration (NPTAB).
Those in the running for the contracts are NP Investment (Lot 12: $72,899,715, Lot 13: $63,560,200); C&L Construction Inc. (Lot 12: $49,869,530, Lot 13: $39,678,470); KHE Engineering (Lot 12: $45,120,649, Lot 13:$41,153,453); Surrey Paving & Aggregate Co. Guy. Inc. (Lot 12: $58,817,472; Lot 13: $54,231,880); Reliance Inc. (Lot 12: $77,683,452; Lot 13: $70,619,960); Devcon Construction & Contracting Service (Lot 12:$145,884,352, Lot 13:$136,821,406); and A&A Engineering Services (Lot 12: $24,930,885, Lot 13: $35,996,310).
